3. HL-93 softener is generally only added when adding potassium chloride, each add 1 liter potassium chloride corresponding supplement HL-93 softener 80 ml or add 80 ml per KA. h.

4. In the normal production process, the PH value may be gradually increased, dilute hydrochloric acid can be used to reduce the PH value.

5. In the continuous plating process, the plating solution will accumulate a small amount of iron, at this time must be added to dilute hydrogen peroxide, and then filtered to remove iron impurities.

6. The first grade galvanized anode should be used. Absolutely can not use iron plate and stainless steel plate as insoluble anode, titanium blue will also be corroded, can not be used.
